Our advertising company has now found the malicious banner and removed it from their network. They are also investigating the issue internally as a matter of priority to prevent this from happening again.
Although highly unlikely, if you come across any future Cleanator pop-ups on Just Chat, please let me know.
My apologies for the inconvenience this has caused, and thank you for your patience and understanding whilst this was being investigated.

There appears to be a malicious banner being served through our advertising broker, Advertising.com.
They are undertaking a manual check of all advertising inventory in an attempt to find the banner that is causing this issue – other sites have also been affected.
It would help if you let me know what banner appeared at the top of the page (where we serve the regular banner adverts) prior to the Cleanator pop-up advert appearing – that is, if you get a chance to see it before your window closes/shrinks.

No wonder he was thrown out – he was obviously planning to set up his own concession stand.
