In Norway you can only buy alcohol from an off licence and they are only open during work hours. Maybe they should do something like that over here for booze n fags. It’s just a back door way of getting you to have an ID card. New Passports you got to have an interview, Car Licence has to have your photo and smokers now with photo ID. That must cover all the population :roll:
