Been in Scottyland now for 4 years and aint seen any snow since I left Wales.

Stress is what brought this on, I need to re learn how to relax and to deal with stress differently. The old me would punch first and ask questions later, whilst smoking my nodding off!

But I dont do any of that nowadays and need to learn better strategies for dealing with stress :roll:
