Why are we allowed to call this new variant the ‘Indian’ covid……. When it’s racist to call it the ‘China’ covid?

I’m just throwing that out there….. You know, just…. because B-)

I saw some people in Labour claim it was racist, they called it variant E-<something>, then said its a concern because it’s more infectious than the ‘Kent‘ variant.

    https://www.who.int/news-room/feature-stories/detail/how-do-vaccines-work#:~:text=Vaccines%20contain%20weakened%20or%20inactive,rather%20than%20the%20antigen%20itself.

Yes this is how vaccines work, I described this in a previous post.

What is this suppose to prove?

What I said isn’t a conspiracy theory, its common medical knowledge that has been understood for over a century, as well as being how Pfizer describe the function of their vaccine. The immune system fights virus’ by producing antibodies, which are specific to each virus. The antibodies chemically bind with external features of a virus that are called antigens. These are usually some kind of protiens. When the antibodies bind it damages the virus and marks it as a foreign object that should be destroyed by B and T cells. Traditional vaccines train the body how to produce antibodies by injecting a dead virus, that will still have a full set of antibodies that can be attacked, but is incapable of reproducing due to being damaged. The mRNA vaccines produced by Pfizer and Moderna don’t do this, the mRNA is absorbed into your cells and instructs them to produce spike protiens similar to the ones that SARS-COV2 has. The spike protien is what the virus uses to trick cells into letting it enter so it can repoduce inside of them. The main points of contention over this method are : If the covid spike protien works as an antigen How similar the spike protiens produced by the vaccines are to the real ones If having only one type of antibody is enough to grant immunity to covid How long the mRNA lasts in the body

But they diagnosed you……the numerous doctors you have at your disposal for chats were probably through the NHS

The NHS had no idea what they were looking at.

To what extent i’ve been diagnosed has been though university research.

as you said you don’t work I’m going to assume you don’t pay for your medication

    I work

Btw, you have always claimed to be financially solvent, boasted about it on more than one occasion when I have been in the room

I guess I just imagined all of the times that guests would spam the room about how I slept in a library when I was homeless for a few weeks.

as you work from home I am sure Covid did not impact that much on your finances compared to a minimum waged care worker for example.

More that I predicted that the pandemic would happen as soon as I heard rumours about what was happening in Wuhan, and took appropriate actions to profit from it.

(Buying as much gold as could possibly get hold of, then after the ecconomy crashed I sold it and bought up cheap shares, and have now traded back to gold now that inflation is starting to appear).

It’s weird how many times i’m proven right in my predictions considering how stupid i am.

If the NHS does not meet your lofty standards, then fuck off and go private which you should be doing anyway taking your anti-state “libertarian” ideology into account.

I would if I was allowed to stop paying a fortune in NI.

You called antibodies a conspiracy theory.

    No, I didn’t, bullshitter.

    B-)

Lying doesn’t really work when it’s public record what you said.

Your response to my (accurate) description of how vaccines work was to call me a conspiracy theorist.

The only conclusion one can draw from that is that you think what I described is a conspiracy theory.

This dumbarse thinks 85% protection is the same as zero protection.

    No.

Try reading again, I think that 60% protection isn’t good enough.

You certainly can’t pass laws on restricting unvaccinated people based on something this poor (not that you should be allowed to anyway).

Vaccine manufacturers must do better, and be held to the same standards as other industries.

It’s weird how people who claim to care about other people’s health so much keep attacking me over my health problems.

It’s almost as if they don’t actually care, and their motivations are not what they say they are …

So we have gone from “no protection at all” to 80% protection, in only four posts, you complete IDIOT! Btw it is 85%. Ask someone if they prefer 85% protection to none at all! You STUPID man.

I will ask the same kind of question again, as it seems everyone missed my point (as usual).

Do you think a car that has brakes that work 85% of the time (60% after 6 months) would pass an MOT test?

Is that a standard that you think is acceptable?

It’s better than if the brakes didn’t work at all, isn’t it?

You don’t understand the issues involved, nor the science.

It seems that i’m the only one who does.

You called antibodies a conspiracy theory.

I dont want this thread to be a “pick on Drac” thread…..but are you seriously so spineless when it comes to your own health? My god woman….fight for what is your right for a vaccination to suit you….you have the right the same as anyone else

No, I just have absolutely zero faith in the NHS to do anything competantly.
