I haven’t been able to get the new chat to work at all, it just shows whitespace where the chat is suppose to be, and non of the FAQ sections wil expand as I expected they are suppose to.
I have had many muslim friends in the past, but they have all ended in hostility over my sexuality.
In regards to being free to criticise Islam, this is not the case in many countries, Australia has blasphemy laws with prevent the criticism of any religion, and Candada is currently in the processes of enacting a bill that makes islamophobia (which is not defined in the bill) punishable under hate crime laws, it is currently supported by both the Liberal and Conservative parties so it will probably go through. If we are not careful then we will soon have similar laws here.

I’ve posted the Centre for Social Cohesion study before but I will leave one quote from it here for you to read. “Just under a third of Muslim students polled (32%) said killing in the name
of religion can be justified”. Your majority doesn’t seem so vast suddenly.Pretty much everything you just said is wrong Scep. If the problem wasn’t with Islam then there would be nothing that muslims could use as a basis for their radicalisation.
I don’t think the vast majority are apposed to terrorism, this is reflected in The Centre for Social Cohesion study, and how the muslim communinty in Belgium acted after the Brussels attacks, where they actively hid the attackers from police.
In regards to immigration, banning islamic immigration would reduce the number of British muslims, where do you think British muslims come from? They are the decendents of muslim immigrants (99% of the time). More immigrants = more children = more muslims. I see no reason why we should continue to intentionally increase this problem demographic when there are billions of non-islamic migrants we can choose from.
I don’t know why the attacker was armed with a knife, I don’t imagine its that hard to purchase a gun illegally on the black market. Even if not that, shotgun licences are given out to pretty much anyone with little background checks from what I understand.

It’s not being handeled at all, talking about it isn’t culturally accepted, or even legal in may western countries.
I had pretty much all of F2 turn hostile against me yesterday for critizicisng Islam. Apparently it’s fine that a majority of muslims are homophobic because there are also some christians who are homophobic.
Channel 4 has retracted the attacker’s identity as being false information. So I withoild my previous comment until more details are released.

I think you can get solid rubber tires, but I don’t know how much they cost or how good they are. I’m not a cyclist.

In regards to Scotland, my current position is that Scotland should be ejected from the union.The is too much anti-england sentiment there. I have found it nearly impossible to have a political discussion with Scots recently, they either come out with things like “All English people are racist biggots” or ” England is stealing all of our money”, ignorant of how much Scotish public services depend on English tax money. The is also the issue that the Scotish overnment discriminates against English people, the best example of this is university fees. All EU citizens, including Welsh and Irish students can get free education in Scotland, English students have to pay £9000 a year. The SNP has done too much damage to the minds of the Scots for the union to be recoverable. They should be ejected, whith the possibility of rejoining when they have learned what the reality of their situation is.
Also please keep in mind my replies wont be as good as usual because I cant see what I am typing on here. So I am forced to write down my stream of concience.
