SIGS must not be bigger than 250 x 250 pixels or 300 x 200 pixels, so that’s the size choices for any more requests

JC avatars btw are 92 x 92 pixels
MSN avatars are 120 x 120 pixels

All new SIG requests will have to conform to this size.
