    PB, the government will still make billions, might not be quite the same amount, but folk will still smoke, just not in public.

    If they banned it altogether, they’d have to fund the illnesses it creates, but without the funds to do so.

    They’ll ban it eventually, when few smoke, when it wont cost them much.
