As for white police officers, the system is already geared towards recruiting and retaining white police officers. There are already mechanisms in place aimed at the mainstream of white officers. Taxes are already spent on that but what is aimed at the mainstream won’t always deal with the issues concerning minority groups.

The majority of police officers are white so there is no problem there.
What do you suggest then, the best man for the job (that will protect you), or a non white whos not the best man for the job (who will protect you less)?
The police want to recruit more non-white officers and that’s where the problem is because not enough people are joining. It helps to have non-white officers when it comes to interacting with non-white communities
Are you suggesting that:
A, non whites are racist, and prefer to deal with non white people?
B, that non whites segregate themselves from the majority of society?
Multiculturalism, a sesspit ideology….can you imagine the finger pointing if a white person prefered a white copper???You say get rid of black police officers associations and replace them with people who will help to recruit and retain black police officers. Where’s the sense in that seeing as they would both have the same objective????
It would mean that the COMPLETE police service would be thinking along the same line of thought, we would save taxes through administration, job titles, etc, unless you think that multiculturalism cannot work, and that we need to segregate ourselves from eachother in terms of colour?
We are WASTING money when it should be spent on recruiting people based on ability. Its about educating police men and women from top to bottom, not trying to win the black vote by letting the black n asian police association exist, thats ONLY good for labour.

Ive read more about the BNP in the last 3 months than ever before, and have been encouraged to do so by Emma’s rants- has served only to reinforce my views by the very fact that they are actually more extreme than I gave them credit for!
Nothing wrong with extremism, depending on your perception of what extreme you do and dont like. What did you read that was too extreme for slayer, slayer?
