ALL politicians of ALL parties (currently) see so called ”green” taxes as yet another way to get money from the public. It’s not just limited to David Cameron…. and yes I flatly disagree with ALL of their policies on this particular subject.
Your emotive image of booted police in riot gear actually doesn’t take the discussion further but simply invites ridicule.
Whats the BNP’s green tax policy?
Whats ridicule?
23 March, 2007 at 6:48 pm #265709Voted, as i have done in several St George’s Day polls.
Either the English gather strength for a revolution against the anti-patriots who rule our country, or we vote a patriot into power.
None of the above = no St George’s Day Bank Holiday.
22 March, 2007 at 9:41 pm #264092The conservative leader wants to take “green” taxes of the public, who he is supposed to “represent”, because he believes were “destroying the earth”, something which you PB, disagree with.
A theif enters your house from the back door with a crow bar.
Cameron will steal “green tax” at your front door with booted policemen in riot gear if necessary.
22 March, 2007 at 9:26 pm #264393On todays show, the acting contestant dealt with 11 boxes remaining. He accepted £27,500, with the average box worth £48,500.
With eight boxes left, the banker offered £55,000, EXACTLY double the previous offer. But the average box was worth about £61,000.
The last 5 were, £5, £250, £750, £50k and £250k = £301,005. The average box is worth £60,201. The banker offered £66,000. Why??? All the time of course, we get the “if only you had carried on one/two more rounds…”, and amazingly, the contestant is in tears that he didn’t carry.
The last two boxes were £5 and £50k, the banker offered £17,500.
The very first offer was £17,500, the contestant said “thats a brilliant offer, noel, you can ask me the question”…..if it was so brilliant, why didn’t he take it.

17 March, 2007 at 11:25 pm #250740West hams “winner”, didn’t cross the line, how on earth could the linesman see it, even if it had.
16 March, 2007 at 4:12 pm #263464None PB, as imposing any taxes on air travel will not ”save the environment”.
Its like a this.
You have salesmen, who ponse around the media shadow pretending there politicians, with their clean shaven suited boyish “good looks” and carefully spoken words, used in conjunction with a sad slanted look designed to show they care, and raised eyebrows.
Right, we are a society of consummers. Our political salesmen know this, and they know all they have to do to get their filthy grubbing hands on your money, is blag you with a sympathetic story.
They’ll use and abuse us with our taxes to hire scientists, to give out the message that humans are to blame, so they must pay for it, and because were a consummer society…..get the message folks?
The problem with all the above, NO policy for the people, only greed.
Today we work, tomorrow we buy.
When are we going to vote for people policy?
WHY IS PETROL LEGAL, IF WERE “DESTROYING THE EARTH”?????

Im not talking about you, Im talking about the country not individuals.
Oh sorry, i thought you meant the elected british.
ITS GOT NOTHING TO DO WITH THE INDIVIDUAL HAS TO DO WITH GREATBRITAIN AND ITS ENTIRETY AS COUNTRY ON THIS EARTH WHO ONCE DELT IN THE SLAVE TRADE> clear enough
Nothing to do with us today, no need to talk about slavery then.
For what ever reason Blair is primeminster. There for politically duties of apologizing for past mistakes as gestures of good will are down to him..
But blair wasn’t elected to appologise for past government mistakes.
He does so, because it creates browney points. As i said, he’s a salesman. Its very difficult for millions of people to see past his sales technique.
Whatever lol Find me one black person saying they want any white people to appologize as indivuals.. There asking for the country to appologize.. Can’t you understand the differences .. And most black people dont give two Hot Chocolate
The people are the country.
And i dont see what hot drinks have to do with it.
DUH ITS FUK ALL TO ABOUT YOU
I know that, thats why im saying we as a country shouldn’t have to recognise, let alone appologise for what idiots did 200 years ago.
Great britain says sorry for lots of stuff that happend in the past
On behalf of the electorate?
No i don’t fall for nothing, I just understand how politics works.. I couldnt care less if they appologize or not. But i understand why they have to.. Its not about me or you.
We dont HAVE TO.
