Whats your refresh rate set to Ugo ?
CRT Monitor = 70Mz
TFT LCD Monitor = 60Mz

If your still having probs check your connections Ethernet/USB to your PC and router as even a small amount of dust /fluff can cause a degrade, also you may want to make sure your PC is free from spy ware ? what security have you installed ?
