I have to agree with you. When she launched off into one of her middle of the night incoherent rants, it was simply impossible to figure out what the hell she was going on about. Problem was that she spammed it all over the place which made Moderating the stuff a bit of a problem. Imagine having to read through all that crud every day.
That’s got me stumped. It’s got to be someting to do with ”A red letter”

Still Martin ”the Hoff” has a enhanced reward scheme which more than compensates for the time we spend having fun on here. (You get to keep you’re job).
He is of course generous to a fault.
BTW: I’ve asked the postman NOT to deliver (and charge me postage on) any Christmas cards sent without a stamp this year.

Yes Sunny, now that I have uninstalled Rant.exe I agree with you – to a point.
We used to get so many complaints – on and on and on they went – about certain users (several of them BTW) who it was felt spoilt it for the majority by their constant and somewhat obsessive squabbling. So we created the STD Forum and let them get on with it in there (if they wanted to).
Apparently they suddenly lost interest in fighting amongst each other and surprise surprise had nothing of any particular interest to say.
I also agree that it would be really nice if users posted some thought provoking stuff, or even controversial stuff, whatever.
But the plain fact is that it is entirely up to the 1300 or so site users to post stuff – neither I or Martin can do it for them. Yes I try to keep the pot boiling as it were but there are limits to even my God like intellect.
However, all is not lost. In my many years of prancing around the site I have noticed that it is cyclical. We go through phases of frantic activity with loads of visitors and posters, then it goes quiet for a little while. Then the cycle repeats itself all over again.
So fear not, in spite of the whingers and moaners, the cycle will repeat itself as it always has done.
It was entirely her own choice Catz and at her several times repeated insistence.
