Have you noticed that ”chav” swings between Essex/co/ckney slang and Jamaican street slang? He needs to be more consistent to be believable.

I’m sorry that you don’t seem to have got the job Gemz. Still if you had taken my advice instead of listening to the Nazi from the HR Department,…….. well who knows ???

nowt wrong with HR people :-

    Oh yes there is !!!!

HR people are all politically correct Nazis. They spend their time sitting in meetings doing nothing, deciding nothing and generally agreeing on nothing, other that preserving their bureaucratic empires.

They contribute little if anything to the profits of the organisation but are in fact an overhead department paid for from the gross profit earned by the operations side of the organisation.

They find ways to undermine staff with accusations of lack of political correctness; innapropriate conduct; they carry out witch hunts based on anonymous information allegedly received by them.

HR people rarely if ever make decisions for which they can be held accountable, but make reccomendations to line managers. That way if it is the wrong advice it is all the line manager’s fault for not implementing it correctly. If it is the correct advice (which it rarely if ever is) then they claim credit for their cleverness.

No organisation needs an HR Department – HR is a barnacle on the ar/se of progress.

i’m gonna stick to the flirting i thinks, much safer that way

learned a lesson last night, girls love it when you’re so damm right cheeky, they can’nt get enough of it

Unless they’re a Nazi from the HR Department in which case you’re up on a disciplinary hearing and fired !!!

Heed my advice Soulie and take yourself in hand – its quicker; its more satisfying (women never do it right anyway); and best of all it’s free.
