Isn’t it as simple as respecting the rights of all people regardless, unless of course it causes harm to others or a breach of the peace, in which case whether it is a right is questionable?Why would an intelligent person want to openly mock a noble and spiritual quest with much to teach us ?
I might suggest those that feel the urge to do so, lack the basic common sense to understand what may be considered noble to begin with. But perhaps if they were to learn what was to be taught, they may become” intelligent “.
All said and done, one mans meat is another’s poison. We are of course, all free to do as we choose, whether it is wise is again debateable and always consequential.
