Sorry to hear that Becky, I had the same problem with another garage which double swiped my card, before this chip and pin came out. That bill of mine was over to 2k had no problems getting a refund thou.

This is a suprise as the chip and pin suppose to be foolproof and safe, i feel that the Banks has just push more responsibility to the card owner, a forge signature is easy recognize by the fraud department as a fake, but now you have to come up with some explanation on how some one read your mind or where did they watched you put your pin number in.
