Hope you’re not getting any funny ideas here….
Difference is, I don’t think my dad would be too fussed if he had to work christmas day and can’t say I would either. Not as if we do the big family thing but we make the effort for my mum cos she loves christmas – gutted for her that she’s got to work and won’t even get home cos she doesn’t work in the town.
Me?? getting funny ideas?? Never!! :D
I am more prone to funny thoughts than ideas :!:
Why are you not fussed about christmas? Dont you get any pressies?
No, I never get what I want and it’s probably just as well since I usually spend christmas with my folks.
23 December, 2007 at 11:25 am #296073A little tip though try not to sound so judgemental and a little less harsh, use a few smilies or ‘Lol’ and then ppl will know your not being horrible!
Can’t use ‘LOL’ I’m known both at home and at work as a lol hater – using it, that is, seeing it doesn’t bother me (yes, I’m aware I’ve just used it twice) Don’t know when it started and I don’t know why.
Probably about the same time as I became so cold and uncaring
22 December, 2007 at 10:00 pm #296068Okay, I don’t usually do this but after reading that I owe you an apology (quick, delete that!!) It has been commented on before – not necessarily on here – that I do have a dry, sarcastic sense of humour. Sometimes though, it can be taken out of context but it’s normal for me so I tend not to give it a second thought.
Also, I’m used to making comments like that at work etc so to me it’s a fairly standard comment that’s normally greeted with a sarcastic laugh and a V sign. And sometimes hiding, depending who that person is. Hence why I didn’t quite get why you didn’t follow it. I’m used to people who know my sense of humour, and those that don’t tend to ignore it.

Just been reading about the new big brother show which starts 3rd of Jan.
Apparantly, the contestants are all young scientists, athletes, acrobats and Mensa members and big brother will be played by celebs including Matt Lucas (The tubby one off Little Britain) and Ian Wright.
I know a lot of people hate this show, but I love it!
Ian Wright? The only time I enjoy watching Ian Wright is when he’s fighting back the tears after an England defeat – that’s always fun when it happens. Plus he’s an ex-Celtic ‘star’
Doubt we’ll notice the difference between these contestants and the usual ‘Celebrity’ contestants. Like…that bloke, you know, the one that’s in that band..he married the blonde one. You know who I mean. Well, celebrities like him.

Getting a shave?
Might be…
So it might not be? You must have one crazy lifestyle if shaving ain’t the highlight of your day
22 December, 2007 at 9:15 pm #296403Probably me as it’s only me and my dad this year and he’s nightshift christmas night. Neither of us are that fussed about christmas anyway.
Just to give you some advance warning…
22 December, 2007 at 9:08 pm #296065You call that a explanation! Christ you should work for the government they manage to talk their way out of everything. Blah blah blah blah
You dont even know where I come from, or anything about me to comment on my intelligence – so F off you tosser
Well, if you don’t want to know don’t ask. Doesn’t take much intelligence to figure that one out.
I don’t even know where you come from? No, but I do know it’s somewhere in the North West (that was a bit of a give away) Or anything about you? Other than the fact that you can’t take a joke and are a tad on the defensive side (being polite) you’re right – I don’t.
One final thing, is tosser really the best you can come up with?!
22 December, 2007 at 4:32 pm #296048It’s as if you’ve known me all my life, Fasty
22 December, 2007 at 4:08 pm #296045Gotta agree – well skelpt is better. Can’t imagine how I’ve never heard that one before, I’ve heard all the rest.
Actually, that’s perhaps not such a good thing
