That game on Saturday was brilliant and made me think about all the ‘We signed Scott Brown so neh-neh’ stuff I’ve read in the papers. Give me a grafter like McCulloch any day!
The saying ‘You need to win your home games’ couldn’t be more true for Celtic, three wins at home might well be enough but a point or three on the road allows a bit of breathing space. I remember Newcastle a few years ago losing their first three games and still going through but they are vulnerable right now (morale can’t be good either but that should never be used as an excuse) Just so long as the Gers go through, that’s really all that counts.
24 October, 2007 at 10:29 pm #291260What am I wrong about this time? What more do I have to do to be hated FFS?! Seriously, I don’t mind.
You sure he’s working? I mean, it’s late – he might be elsewhere…
24 October, 2007 at 10:08 pm #291258I don’t recall naming you specifically when I say I like to wind people up (I used the word wind, not rile), I was speaking in general terms, so it looks like I’m not the only one flattering myself.
Don’t ever underestimate how much of an idiot I am, people have made that mistake before and now they’re more confused than ever. You’re bored and I’m seriously your best option? Good foundations for a marriage….
24 October, 2007 at 9:48 pm #291256When in doubt, resort to name calling. Always a good last resort of those who don’t have the knowledge to understand reason. Oh, and I’m not a misogynistic knob rot – I’m a provocative wee di_ck who loves to wind folk up and watch them go so I’ve got to thank you :D
And ‘nonner’ – that made me laugh  If that was used for effect (which I certainly hope it wasn’t) then you’ll have to do much, much better. What am I supposed to do one of anyway?
24 October, 2007 at 9:36 pm #291254And that answers my question how exactly? Try reading the question then answer it, Anyway, it is difficult to argue the facts:
Obviously she is a catholic
Stop getting a bee in your bonnet ffs
It’s nice to know that I’m well on the way to being everything you hate. Managed that without even meeting you, I am proud of myself :D
24 October, 2007 at 8:37 pm #291251I don’t recall asking why she didn’t mention christianity, could you point that one out to me?
Thanks
24 October, 2007 at 8:25 pm #291249I’m not looking to convert anybody to Catholicism
I’m not asking about muslims etc, I’m asking why catholicism was mentioned specically by AW. Is that so hard to understand? She said I’m the small minded one but then comes away with a comment like that as if only catholics believe in god.
It’s not difficult.
24 October, 2007 at 7:34 pm #291247I’m still curious about why she mentioned catholicism specifically – I know a lot of people who aren’t catholic but go to church and believe in god. They call it being ‘christian’
Unless it’s different in America, maybe you can’t believe in god unless you’re catholic.
24 October, 2007 at 4:52 pm #291733Whilst Sweetass’s story (and Johnboy’s initial posting) are clearly terrible, based on the facts that they have set out, in reality when you have to PROVE those facts in a court of law, things are not as clear cut as they may seem.
Sadly that’s true PB, hence why we have so many people walking the street who even the kindest of all good samaritans wouldn’t spit on if they were on fire. But in this case, there’s a man (of sorts) who is happy to admit he’s a danger and that he intends to attack a child again and be sent down for life.
There are shoplifters here that get treated worse by the courts FFS!
23 October, 2007 at 8:49 pm #291237It’s actually ‘through’ when used in that context -even an idiot like me knows that…
And again with the remarks ‘Small minded pessimists’ Are you sure we’ve never met cos you seem to know me pretty well  I’d also accept ‘narrow minded’ but I don’t have a favourite.
Interesting that you mention about not trying to convert people to catholicism as that appears to suggest that only catholics believe in god. Otherwise, why say it? Isn’t that a tad small minded of you?
