0-0 at home isn’t a bad result, I think we’re capable of going over there and getting a result. Especially since Cousin should be back to provide a much needed physical presence up front, Darcheville’s got good strength and pace but he prefers running onto the ball. They really needed to get a goal tonight, means that all the pressure is on them for the second leg.
They’ll know that if Rangers get one goal, they’ll sit back back and make it difficult. Not a perfect strategy, but it’s effective and that’s what wins games.
Rangers getting a 0-0 with Sporting Lisbon. Not a great result, but the clean sheet at home could be vital for the second leg. But WTF was that carry on with two Lisbon players being stretchered off inside the first 12 minutes, only for both players to make a sudden quick recovery and get back on?!
