It is best to ignore the scroller, that way he can not fed on the attention you give them,
If they think that they are annoying you then they te nd to do more and more scrolling,
If at all possible it is best o ignore them, Being as there name is easy to spot ( which it norm is) then it is best to put them on ignore as soon as they enter, tho that is annoying too,
The Guides do try there best but it can be hard for the Guides to at times,
Being an Ex Host here i know how difficult it can be stopping people scrolling,
If you know that a Guide is in another Forum then i am sure they will pop into Forum3 and deal with the scroller the best they can.
