luckily only 2 of my sons school teachers have gone out on strike so as of yet and fingers crossed we havent been affected YET
the ten minute rule was set up becuase of the users who sit in a forum not chatting, ppl leave themselves in a forum while they go do other things, or talk on the phone, or perhaps even just sit watching the other ppl chat in a room, gathering information about other users, at busy times this stops other users ( who do wish to chat ) from being able to enter the forum if we are full, all we are trying to do is encourage ppl to actually use the site to Chat
