I had intended going through to Edinburgh to meet Ruby and going with her but that would mean bus to Glasgow, train to Edinburgh then train from Edinburgh to Newcastle – ok on way there but nightmare on way home.

Just having look on http://www.thetrainline.com just now and I can go direct from Glasgow – and direct back at the following times:

Fri 5th – Depart – 10am arrive 12:32
Sun 7th – Depart – 16:38 arrive bk in Glasgow 19:17

had been put off earlier re. going from Glasgow as trains weren’t direct but both these are. Thing is though, on the Sunday dont wanna be kicked out room and myself for 5 hours in Newcastle so was wondering what time anyone else’s are at.
