Bring the cursor over the world map to the left, you’ll see a faint white square and bring that over Europe or roughly where the UK is and click on it. All you, or your boys, need to create a new city is to click on BUILT A NEW CITY, come up with a name and than try to keep Population, Unemployment, Transport, Criminality and Environment in a balance.
If you have a static IP addy they can only improve their city once a day, if you are one with a dynamic IP all you need to do is disconnect and reconnect a moment later and you can add any.
The one good thing about this game is that it’s completely free and safe.

Let me know if your kids created a city, we can all help each other.
