i probably need a deposit of around 5k, then talking of a morgage of around 150k for a 2 bedroom house here, i can probably afford that right now, but it would mean not living much of a social life for a while, i’m going to look at all options, one thing is for sure, and thats i’m ready to move out, its not easy sneaking the girlfriend in and out and can be a pain even though my mum says i am welcome to bring anyone back, does’nt give a good impression thats all

buxton is expensive, my cousin is in a 2 bedroom flat £650 a month, its not a cheap place to locate too

i’ll more likely go through the morgage option, i just don’t like the idea of getting my own place, paying for it, then my girlfriend walking into it, and automatcily getting half of it, i rather not do that
