That said… I was amazed to see royal wedding commemorative mugs on sale in Collectables yesterday… That is surely jumping the gun a tad???
I think facts and figures are utter tripe…
My BMI tells me I am obese but at 5 ft 10 when I was in the weight range on the health experts chart I was so thin my collar bones stuck out etc… its all about how someone looks and how high their cholestrol is and how healthy they are and where they carry their weight that matters not what a chart says..
My BMI is too high if you believe the charts but with an hourglass shaped figure, low cholestrol and a relatively healthy disposition am not bothered in the least!Throw away the charts!

I made a very very good friend when i chatted in F2 and we always promised that we would go for a curry one day… purely platonic I might add… I still have to get that curry date in my diary but I stupidly moved 300 miles north ! oops
This person helped me through one of the roughest times in my life (and believe me my life has been a rollercoaster). He was like a brother to me when my dad died, a sympathetic ear on the end of the phone and always utterly respectful to me.

Today I am gonna lay like broccoli on my sofa until about 2pm as I am extremely tired due to not going to bed until 2am and then getting up at 6.30am for the dogs (barky lil mofos).

To be honest a CRB only works if someone has been already caught anyway. They count for nothing otherwise. References don’t highlight potential risk either coz not many give a bad reference do they? It’s all something very hard to police.
