Sorry to hijack the diddley thread.I haven’t posted on this thread before because am finding it all too close for comfort. My grandnephew’s mum is back in hospital with peurperal psychosis. She was as right as rain and as happy as anything to be pregnant, had got everything perfect for the new arrival and well 2 weeks after he was born ……. Anyhow, she is in the best place and getting the right treatment, and my nephew is a lovely lad, he will look after her and his son well, but it isn’t a good start for them all.
I have no idea why some people get this but I know it is very rare to get it as seriously as the woman who killed her children. I just feel so sorry for her, because as a few of you have commented, she will be getting treatment now, and when she recovers, god knows how she is going to cope with the knowledge of what she has done.
To think that a sudden drop in progesterone and oestrogen can cause this kind of reaction is scary.
unfortunately if all other BBs are anything to go by, half of them will get booted out for being thick, stupid, violent or all of the above, and the next lot will arrive and oh gawd, there will be a number 17 after all. I hope 17 is gay.
I want number 17 cos i’m unlikely to have to support anything.

As Sharon has often said, it does imply that all dodgy comments should be immediately quoted, although I might just have a wee problem with that. Cretins who constantly post rubbish looking for a reaction always seem to get exactly what they want both on boards and in the chatrooms. From exactly those whom they expect to reply, and sometimes I wonder if there isn’t an element of tacit approval for it all from above (seeing the stuff that doesn’t get deleted). I could bite back myself of course; however I’m rather allergic to appearing holier than thou, and prefer to laugh at the idiots rather than with them. It’s all good for ratings I guess and this is a commercial enterprise after all.
JC can usually be funny and thought provoking and I like that. But it ain’t real enough. The issue I have with a supplier at work is real. So is my daughter’s flute exam tomorrow night and the health of my gerbil. Anyway, at least I have got to know some very cool chatters.

Hope your daughter did well in her flute exam. My kid had GCSE’s.. maths today (gulp) but she is handling it all quite well really. You know you are doing something right when your kids shine.
And…. don’t tell your gerbils about the party at PB’s, we may end up with gamsters or herbils. Enough to make an honest mouse shudder in the skirting boards.
Oi i’m not having that, Doncaster is nowhere near high enough up the table, for a start off both the Sheffield teams did better than them!
