Cola BBQ ribs

One bottle of cheap cola but not diet!
One large onion cut in half
4 garlic cloves smashed or a top of garlic powder
Dsp of whole peppercorns
2 bay leaves

Add all of them into saucepan with 2 racks of ribs
Add water to cover then bring to the boil
Simmer for 1 hour

two words i know but i dont care

the lady that came out today was bloody wonderful and i cant praise what these nurses do enough
