This is my advice regarding Alfie. I have spoken to Alfie in his “Morgan” ID for hours in the room, he then stopped chatting in the room in that ID months ago and reverted back to numbers. That is a fact. Maybe he is getting low on IDs and they are £10 each nows and not so easy to replace. Alfie really doesn’t really care what you said, or didn’t say. Alfie wants to be the centre of attention and and “demonstrate” how intelligent he thinks he is., that is his sole purpose. It isn’t to have a decent debate or even a decent argument. It is ALL about him. My advice is, don’t play his board mind games.
Ge, you’re certainly falling for it. How many times have you wrote Alfie on this thread. MORE times than you have wrote Syria or bombs. All your last how many threads have been about Alfie, you have chatted more about him than bombs :)

You have slandered me. You are referring to me as Alfie, and “him” and “his”. I have made it clear, I am not Alfie, (or tried to at least) I have made my gender obvious. You refuse to accept it. I can only assume you are jumping on Ge’s bandwagon. I have offered to show you my sexual organs on Skype to indicate my gender. Yet no, you don’t want proof as you know best.

what my gender is or isnt has no relevance to dropping bombs in Syria. I think I have explained, and would like an apology.
Your own thread, bombs away, something you wanted to discuss, and you’re now having to defend accusations of being foul mouthed to women rather than debating bombs in Syria.
And making yourself angry in the process.

To use an analogy or three: scep, if this were a game of chess, you’d be hotheadedly throwing your pieces all over the board in a tantrum, opening your self up to get ripped apart. You play with no regard to the end game. Would you like a game of online Chess with me?
If this were a game of football, you’d come out guns blazing, gung ho, throwing everything you have forward, and burn yourself out by 30 mins, and then get destroyed and humiliated for the next hour.
If this were the Welsh Grand National, you’d be racing off in front, leading the pack by a distance by the first mile, NOT conserving energy and fight for later, like everyone else. After 2 miles, you’re staring to feel it now, the pack are closing you in gradually. Before 3 miles, despite all your fight, the pack have caught you and swallowed you. You’re towards the rear now struggling. You fall at the next fence, and break your neck, your horse must be shot. We’ve still got 6 furlongs to go yet. No wonder you were a 100-1 outsider before then race. Everyone knew you wouldn’t win when you were a distance clear after 2 miles.

Sceptical guy, with all due respect, it seems to me on these boards that you struggle to allow people to have their own ideas, opinions, that are are in contravention and discord to your own view. It makes you come across as somewhat bigoted and patronising. You use ad hominems and insults to people because in principle they disagree with you, not because they have been insulting to you. That’s not mature or constructive to debate on a forum. I haven’t personally insulted you on these boards yet you have been very insulting to me, for no other apparent reason than we hold differing views.
I politely tried to point this out to you earlier in the thread.
I’m awfully sorry for having a different opinion to you. I will try to make my opinions correspond better with yours in future. Thankyou very much for the ad hominems and personal insults. We are all unique and different, with different lives, histories, experiences and environments, so it’s perfectly normal and healthy we have different understanding of history, politics, religion, life, philosophy, brexit. etc.
I really don’t expect or want people to hold my views or opinions, I would never learn nothing new that way. You may not like my debate, or my deabte style, but I do try to stick to the point.
I propose the more you “bicker” over your views the less comfortable you are with them, and less certain you are about them. If you hold the view that 2+2= 4, how long do you need to argue over that? Try being more thoughtful, concise, and to the point.
