If you’ve scanned your pc with AVG and it’s still sluggish, there are one or two things you can try.

First of all you could run Disk Cleanup, followed by Disk Defragmenter.

Secondly you could download SpyBot Search & Destroy.

Install SpyBot, update it, then scan your pc. SpyBot also has a Immunise option to protect your pc from known threats.
