i am feeling sore today as i went for my 1st run since october 2003. But i am also feeling excited cause my team are playing tonight, but that might all change later!!!

no my job does’nt because i am there for my benifit and nobody elses(don’t tell the boss). The way i look at it is never let work get you down cause me personally i am only there for the money so i can live a good life.. All the rest of work bull sh1t is irrelivant!!!!!so there haha
i am going out tonight for a beer, and no doubt i will get p1ssed!!!! then working 2morrow night doing a racenight in a pub, but can’t drink cause i have to drive. And then Sunday is a day of rest so i will stay in doors doing absolutly nowt!!!
