I don’t understand why urban foxes have a bad name. They are doing what comes naturally to all living creatures and looking for food.
The fella I feed just forages for food in the bushes near me. He hasn’t picked the lock of my front door and helped himself to the contents of fridge and freezer, so he hasn’t burgled me.
I live near a town centre so Mr Fox and his pals help keep the streets clean by clearing up after humans who drop uneaten fast food in the street.
He doesn’t go around spraying graffiti everywhere.
He doesn’t get drunk and start a fight, or deal drugs.
He hasn’t mugged me, he doesn’t need to, because he gets off his ass every night and “works” that is, looking for his food.
He gets on well with my cats – he and Morris were sitting side by side in the sunshine the other day.
All in all, he’s great to have around. :P
I’ve never done a booze cruise but have bought duty free cigarettes and alcohol.
There are some valid points such as what Carr did is not illegal and so why should he apologise?
Cameron has also avoided answering questions on Gary Barlow who has used the same K2 scheme but I suspect he has escaped criticism due to his Royal connections.
How many of us, if we had the knowledge and means would not do the same as Carr? Lots of us don’t have the means as we are on PAYE or not rich enough to pay a good financial advisor.
These loopholes were set up for the rich by the rich.
Why however, should those that do well pay more tax?
How to find a happy medium is not going to please all the people.
The tax system needs overhauling to make it more fair and proprtionate.
A quarter of my income, possibly more, goes on tax and NI.
Does a quarter of Jimmy Carr’s and Gary Barlow’s? I don’t know.
If it doesn’t and they pay less, then that is where I find it morally unacceptable.
I also think that higher earners should pay more tax, but there should be more tiers to make it fairer all round.

Don’t think I could do 22. We had just the one cat for about 4 years although she was Mr Pandas and about 19 at the time.
Then in 2007 it went mad. We got a rescue kitten, then Mr Panda’s tenant left leaving his two cats behind. Then we took in another stray kitten.
In 2009 I took in an injured cat and paid to have his leg amputated.
Then the old cat died aged 25.
Then the 6th arrived last week.
Any more and I’ll need a bigger house.
