5 October, 2012 at 6:44 am #512257Happy anniversary to all Beatles fans.
I’ll keep my eyes peeled for their films over the weekend since I haven’t seen any before.
No doubt this anniversary will probably inspire yet another generation of fans.

Lol nice reply Terry
Having been involved in a similar thread on another forum recently where I was told by some people that I was very sensible, by others that I was overly pc and by others that I was a racist, I don’t think there’s a right answer to this… :?
Hmmm. Well if it helps to put some perspective on the subject, when I was a kid in the 70s, I had a golly. My dad, who is most certainly not snow white, bought him for me.
I’m not sure what happened to that golly – I might go and have a mooch around my dad’s loft and see if he’s there.
Anyhow, when I saw Jack in a toy shop in Plymouth, I couldn’t resist.

This is Jack, my golly:
I bought him a few years back.
Is he offensive or racist in terms of his looks?

If I’d have known the date and time I’d have got my furry b&w butt up there and taken up residence in Pleasureland making myself go dizzy and sick on mad rollercoaster rides.
I might even have bought a giant golly.
