why dont you refuse to claim it off your insurance? i mean why should you? they broke it, they should fix it free of charge AND provide you with compensation for keeping you without a car. Just tell them that youre not prepared to do it.

having to go to work with a serious hangover, ive felt rough all day and ive been eating like theres no tomorrow cos my blood sugar levels kept dipping :twisted: thought i was gonna puke on the bus! and fell asleep and went 2 stops past my stop on the way home and had to walk back!
