Shazza as much as i know you’d love to argue about this (or anything else lately it seems  ) I will continue to support the rspca and so should others. They alone have housed and rehomed over 70,000 animals this year.
Their mission statement is “The RSPCA as a charity will, by all lawful means, prevent cruelty, promote kindness to and alleviate suffering of animals.”
They are a registered charity that receives no lottery or state aid. Its £82 million annual running costs are funded exclusively by voluntary donations and legacies.
Not only do I contribute towards the RSPCA, I also help the PDSA, Animal Aid, and Friends of the animals and others. I just want an end to animal suffering which means that I will give my support to as many animal organisations that I can.
Being an animal lover yourself you might just be able to comprehend that.
