I would’ve thought that the possibility of it being able to draw blood would have been looked into prior to the device being on the market, afterall, preventing the spread of HIV is probably one of the reasons it was invented in the first place

I assume from this that she is quite severely disabled, i dont think sexual feelings even come into it in this case.

As I understand it, hysterectomy is a big big operation with a helluva long recovery time.
this is true, they could give her a contraceptive injection to stop periods and the possibility of pregnancy, seems the most sensible option rather than putting her through such an ordeal
everyone knows someone whos ripping off the benefits system. Thats the problem here, not enough effort is put into investigating claims for benefits and following them up. People do it for years and are never found out.
Uber, going back to an earlier comment you made about HIV, why wouldnt people think it existed? im just interested to know, thats all.
