Woahhhhh Murray is showing some unreal flashy tennis right now against A. Di Mauro. The American fans are loving him, just as much as the British audience. Anyway, 6-0, 2-1 Murray at the moment.

i think its tough going at the mo…. wenger has always been relied on and looked up upon for bringing through young home grown (not necessarily english, but acadamy) players, and patience has paid for us in the past. i just hope the board have the patience again cos you cant replace players like reyes, viera (what a player btw) and cole by flashing money…. and arsenal never flash money anyway… remind me of me dad (scottish) lol!!!!!

we’ll get there though. must admit it was great watching chelsea lose the other match… purely cos dave is a blue nose and has been winding me up so much so it was a chance for me to get me own back for a change! (you should see us on derby days….. me verses dave and my two boys…. up till recently i could be smug lol!!!) 8)

I tell you one thing, Sharon..The worry is West Ham…After what they have acheived today..Perhaps the best double coup in premier league history, especially for a team like West Ham..It’s actually shocked the fu.ck out of me lol..How an earth they signed Tevez and Mascarano is beyond me…Tevez is tipped to become one of the best players in the world, along with Mascarano, with players like Rooney, Ronaldo, Fabregas, and West Ham get both..Unbeleivable and well done to West Ham! Chelsea had a 40m pound bid rejected for Tevez, and United, Arsenal, Real, etc, had bids turned down for both men…West Ham are on the up, and Arsenal, Chelsea, United and Liverpool will be looking over there shoulders now!

you both have made comments i agree with immensly, but you have also made comments i totally disagree with…. most of them when the conversation got too personal…. real fans…. not armchair fans…. fans living too far from the ground….. girls commenting on the thread and so on and so on.

i love my footie but hate arguements that are blinkered. i like robbo, cos unlike the united fans here in essex he actually has time to comment on other clubs and sports etc…. thats a good sportsman. somebody willing to actually watch other matches and base an opinion on what he is watching and NOT what people expect him to say/do.

where i live it is predominantly spurs. as you can imagine i dont like that very much. but if they play well i will say so. what really really pis.s me off is match day up the pub and there are more spurs fans cheering on whoever we (arsenal) are playing. come spurs playing on a weekend you will get the faithful 4 true spurs fans… they actually enjoy hating us more than they enjoy loving spurs….. what is the point? :?

footie brings out the best and the worst in everybody, but what i love about it is a good old debate..,.. lets not let this sink even further than it already has…. leave that to the F1 serious (LOL) posters….

That was a good post for you…Well done

    Where do you live?

“you have to go to games to be a passionate fan”. You can also go to games and barely support your football team, but i’m guessing they are passionate about there team, eh? What about the fans who leave 20 minutes early when there team is losing..Are they REAL passionate about there team too? What about fans(like yourself), who are too busy talking down on another team that they barely have anything decent to say about there own? Get the fu.ck out of here. You barely know the rules of football, or different football players, let alone the knowledge you claim to have on football

Your just a baby faced Martin Fowler lookalike Robbo – barely out of short pants

You haven’t lived long enough to see any decent footballers – those that you idolise aren’t a patch on those that have gone before them

When and if you ever grow up you might realise this – I have forgotten more about football than you will ever know
How many times have you been to wembley – child ?? How may world cups you seen live – how many truly great players have you seen live – few if any i bet

Stick to cleaning your spots mate – go join the girls in a game of rounders

Another dumb post by the retard..It’s never ending with you, is it, dumbo?

Is it my fault i’m not an old man like you, who wasn’t even born when George Best and co were playing? Does that make me not know as much about football as you? Experience means nothing when you barely know of any players outside of English football, my friend..You didn’t even know who Martins was. Funnily enough, I was actually in Germany for a little while this year…Was you? There is a never-ending debate with you, there really isn’t..You try to debate things in your last post with things like, “you didn’t watch all the greats when I was coming up”…Perhaps it was because I wasn’t even born, you dummy! But the point being, at my young age..I could and probably do know more about football, and players than you.

 “stick to cleaning your spots”…You wish you looked like me, tubby…Compared to alot of these users, they make me look highly attractive

Now, I think this little childish debate should end here, and with you maybe learning on how to debate within a conversation..I have an excuse, i’m still coming up..What’s your excuse? No, you don’t have one, do you?

    Take care, Drivel

do you know whent he next matches are….. i dont really wanna sit up till 3am again tonight lol!!

but that last set yesterday was a corker, some great tennis by both players, so it was worth it (though i didnt think so come 8 oclock this morning :P )

He is not on tonight…He will be playing tomorrow…Most players will be playing every 2 days other than every day, as they are Best Of Five Sets.

Tim Henman managed to get through as well by beating Canadian Brit Rudeski. He’s got Federer in the next round though, so I dont think he’s gonna progress.

I agree with you there..I can’t see Henman winning, but i’ll still be cheering him on. I hope he does somehow cause a major upset by being the second British player to beat Federer in 3 weeks IN the second round

You concentrate on the envy of other teams, like Newcastle who ARE in the premier league, while you arn’t focusing on your OWN team. I know people who support Rangers, Celtic, but don’t even live in Scotland, and they are not even Scottish, but they are passionate about the teams.

Maybe you should become more passionate about your team, and concentrate on your team, as most of your focus is on Newcastle…You are a pathetic, little individual, who is as biased as a fan gets. Think before you reply, because this constant, “glory hunting” thing is getting old, and I think I have proved a damn near good point above! By the way..If I were a glory hunter, like you claim all Man United fans are, then surely I would have jumped upon the Chelsea bandwagon by now . Think before you reply with some dumb and retarded sh1t like that

You stupid boy – to quote Captain Maimwaring – can you not read – obviously not !!!!!

Of course I am passionate about Sunderland – I went to every home match bar 2 last season – and went to about 15 away matches

This season I have been to all 3 home matches and away at Coventry and Bury

So don’t give me that shyte – you foreign armchair fan

To be a true supporter you have to go to games , buy the merchandise , advertise your club

Looks like the boys will have Yorke and Cavanagh in place by tonight – possibly Liam Miller too – things are looking up

Why don’t you start following Curling Robbo – it’s a bit less frantic for you and you probably wil be able to understand the rules – wear a wooly hat tho and long johns cos it gets bloody cold It’s on ice you see – never mind I’ll explain properly when your released from your contract with Eastenders !!!!!!!!!!!!! pml

I probably have more passion for United than you do for Sunderland, my friend

I don’t think neither you could explain what you are going on about there . I can see you never graduated from nursery. Plastic football fans will use every trick in the book to get at a real football fan.

“you have to go to games to be a passionate fan”. You can also go to games and barely support your football team, but i’m guessing they are passionate about there team, eh? Whats wrong with Man u fans drivel, tut ?? ](*,)

Not all of them Arty – just the tossers like Robbo

Have you seen who West Ham are signing – what a coup if it comes off Tevez and Mascherano from Argentina

Bloody hell – tevez was my pick of the players from the world Cup – although Robbo probably thought it was Ruud Van man or Martins !!!!!!!!!!!!

Another dumb post by the retard drivel king

I never said Ruud was the best player at the world cup, dummy..I said that he was a great servant to United! You probably only saw Tevez at the world cup, and he didn’t particulary have an amazing world cup…If you haven’t seen him play before, then i’ll tell you straight..He can play alot better than that..He is still one of my favourite players, but also didn’t have an amazing world cup..If West Ham get these 2 incredible players who i have watched for the last few years, then they will most definatly be on the up..2 good young bright stars going to West Ham..Amazing stuff for them! Good luck to them!

What the feck is a woman doing commenting on footy ffs
    – and a toon supporter at that
What’s the world coming too – can you not comment on x-stitchin or synchronised swimming or rampant rabbit positions ???

She probably knows more about football than you, dumb nuts

Coming from a Man U supporter and a guy that watches foreign cack thats fine !!!!
There are 1 or 2 foreign players that are or were a joy to watch over here – Bergkamp , Henry , Ronaldo at times , Cantona
Others have been huge disappointments – Ruud Van the man for one , Kluivert , Luque , Asprilla , MARTINS !!!!!!!!!!!!!!! PML

Ruud only notched up over 20 goals per season for United . Yes, that is terrible .

Lets not forget when he notched up over 40 goals for United in one season..Again, it proves that you are a biased fan who knows nothing about footballers, or football

As for Martins being poor in the premier league…He has ONLY played one game, you idiot…You have a nack for making yourself look an idiot…Why do you keep replying? Because you are degrading yourself with every reply you post

Isn’t it funny how the majority you listed as disappointments all played for Newcastle, or play for them? Again, it proves that you are a biased fan who can’t accept that your neighbours are a better football team.

oF COURSE i AM A BIASED FAN – you stupid jerk – most fans are – thats not MAN U fans who live in other countries of 100’s of miles from Manchester – it’s local fans who are passionate about their club – of course they are biased – you know nothing about being a proper fan

Sunderland fans are amongst the fairest in the country – they appreciate good play from the opposition
Newcastle fans are the most biased there are – the way they treat some of their ex heroes when they return with another club is diabolical – I’m thinking the likes of peter beardsley , andy cole etc here
Saying that they are passionate too – but totally blinkered – unlike MAn U fans and their corporate prawn sandwiches

MAn U have started brialliantly this season – but they haven’t played any notewoprthy team yet – lets hope the Premiership carries on as it has started witha few upsets

Look at Boro – beating Chelsea – then getting stuffed off Portsmouth at home !!! Portsmouth wil do well this season – Kanu has been a revelation and Redknapp has made a few shrewd signings – not least Andy Cole who looks set for the South Coast

I was expecting that as it’s the ONLY thing you can reply to me with as you know i’m right..But lets get this straight, shall we?

How many Arsenal fans are there that don’t even live in London? Liverpool fans? Even West ham fans, and the list goes on and on and on.
