When i try to lose a few pounds I cut back on carbs…which is hard because I love breads and pasta..I eat a alot of fruit, nuts and raw veggies and eat something about every hour.

What I’d like to change about myself- the ablilty to slow down and enjoy life instead feeling like I’m trying to cram everything in one day.
