the best way to make chips imo is with beef dripping, and maris piper spuds
but you wont get chippy owners doing that these days oh no,mcdonalds,chinese etc dont know the traditional art of making a chip,they just want you in and out quickly so the next mug can take your plaice, sorry place.beleive me, beleive me ,i cant help but love you
