oh their all getting pressies,, rex received champagne,rachel grapes,kat cookies,darnell an mp3,mo chocolate,mikey a pizza. lisa is awaiting her gift ! which will be mario on BBLB in 14 mins.. !

i also love haarry mornings.. when it starts kinda foggy,but burns off,i love Autumn,when the leaves begin to die off but a promise of renewal to come. the nip in the air as winter approaches,I feel more secure when i close my curtains and shut out the world. Im weird like that !
I love when someone cooks for me,and appreciate it. I love to spend many an hour perusing travel brochures, of places i will NEVER see,yet for the briefest of moments i WAS there ! I love tartan legs sitting in front of fire watching the turner classic film channel.. rainny days were made for black and white films,
I love the smell of cinnamon and lemon, a contrast i know. of home made pancakes with home made raspberry jam. Of realising that i might NEVER make a mark in this life, to any great degree, but knowing i did something right,something good.
Glen Isla on a cold day,with open log fires.a fish supper on Arbroath harbour, a weekend in blackpool. yep tacky,, but memories.
chicken bhuna or chinese sweet n sour, my ever expanding erse, and the ability to laugh it off and be the jolly fat lady after all.
my curses to those who suppose i AM the jolly fat lady LOL.. the dreams i have before all this shyte happened and im thin again.

the thing i love is a selfish thing..

I love when i chap my daughters door,and walk in and announce ” staceys its mummy” and get my wee fella ,almost breathless greeting me like he has not seen me in years. his wide eyed blue eyed looks of excitement,as he takes me a tour of his bedroom,the way he is almost shaking in excitement.. I see him daily. The shout of ” naaaaaany” even if he is having a quiet moment, his wee footfalls from the living room to the front door. the sheer delight in seeing another human being. his stories. as he is beginning to talk at just over 2, all rushed as he excitedly tells me ” nanny, rory pee in potty” ” nanny seen the birdies” ” we go ta ta’s nanny” .. yeah kiddie talk.. but the excitement never leaves me. he does not afford everyone with such joy. He even does it if others are in house, then we have to go through the entire rigmarole of him introducing me to them ! even though i see ” them ” daily.. my own son has to shake my hand and ask ” how do you do nanny” LOL.. its the way he says it ” NAANNY” like im the most important person in life.

and i look at him and well up.. for indeed, he IS the most important person in MY life.
