now i THINK i know what you mean fasty…I had the same probs with films. Now,when i download a film i put it directly onto hard drive ,as it wasnt letting me pick them up from files. I keep meaning to get the expert up,as im using a new system thingy,and its probably something really easy. check your programmes and see where they are stored..sorry im clueless,but it sounds kinda similar.
