I thought the heat would have helped the knee tae ! can ya not claim it off yer insurance and get treated over there,,who knows it might even be better.I once got pills from the doctor for a similar fluid retention thing i have,and i wouldnt have known aboot them but i googled and they were australian ! helped me loads then they were taken aff market here grrrrrr. i should have given ye a list LOL..
aye were all set for the big day here,,a pal announced last night she had me a pressie,and now im panicking and needing to run away into the toon today ! no exactlu wanting to get her something fae the local co-op,as she lives in same area as me and will spot my slothness!

im aboot,,just !! was just away to run for a bus,but you have given me the excuse to put it off,,i have a crick in mah neck ! and can hardly move.i have to move my whole body to look right/left.so there will be nae flamboyant jigging fae me till i get algipan on it !

I think its a fear suns that you forgot the main thing they really want,,so somehow doing all that will suddenly jog your memory ,before its too late :) As soon as the shops close xmas eve,they will dissapear in a flurry of soap suds ..hehe. fly wee buggirs x
ah ! i remember those days too,4 days before xmas and my kids would suddenly become ever sooo concientous about helping me too :)

knowing you sian :) and all I have on for this evening is a trip to a 24 hour tesco..i leave it as late as poss so theres no kids and grannies hovering in my way.Not that i mind either, but at THIS time o year (shudder) .
