The running battle that I have just had on the phone over a house insurance claim.

The insurers blame the underwriters & vice versa. Funny how when I mentioned cancelling insurance & the insurance ombudsmen I got a result. :lol:

Finally I’ve got the money back into my account by cash transfer. :wink:
