I’ll stick to spinach, broccoli, sprouts, liver, even the odd half of Guniness etc & see who’s diet gets the better haemaglobin increase.

Never met a medic yet that has suggested eating lettuce as food rich in iron. :P :lol:

Lunch with my best mate – fab food , great wine, easy conversation, lots of laughs AND …… a huge choccie dessert (to share of course). Followed by an afternoon Christmas shopping.
