Quite agree if you can afford internet connection & the computer, you can afford the 50p tax.

Those on higher salaries get taxed according to income & therefore pay their dues generally so why should they be penalised further ?

The statement about being better off on the dole is ridiculous. Fact – the world doesn’t owe anybody anything. A poorly paid job, self respect & not being another statistic would appeal to any true working class person male or female.
