Uber pancake fiend me :D.. and yesterday was just the perfect excuse to eat twice (perhaps three times?) as many!

I indulged in some rather large crepes ( :o) as well as the more traditional varieties.

Fave toppings/fillings include the sugar and real lemon gig – or oceanic syrup tsunamis of the golden or maple variety – or perhaps my fave of all , a smothering of nutella with chopped banana all neatly rolled up ;)

Short. Succinct. Sincere.

Although that’s not to say that a good deal of the rest haven’t been made without honour, sympathy and compassion.

Some of the more supposed self proclaimed “cynical” posturing has indeed been.. beyond contempt, showing the true shameful colours and real rancour of a few.. thinly brushed over with almost begrudging, ineffectual platitude ; and deserving no further comment. Well, not from me anyhow.

Well, trips down distant memory lane aside, Well done Wales today! :)

Along with the Welsh, the sport of Rugby Union was the winner today.
Wales know how to play the game as it should be done.. quick, passionate, purposeful rugby.
But, in fairness, a word of appreciation for what many see as England’s current doltish managerial regime.. to be fair to Mr Johnson he actually got it right today for once (albeit by absolute fluke and a good 40mins too late).
In the end England contributed bravely to what was a really good match.
Wales fully deserved the win though.
This together with the underwhelming France v Scotland match earlier makes for a very tight Championship indeed.
With England and Wales yet to play France and Ireland, and an extremely difficult trip to Murrayfield for the latter to come in a couple of weeks, it’s all set for some titanic battles.
