as a sufferer of really really serious acne and cysts since I was 11, Im used to having lumps and bumps, so it dont really bother me.
I just say they are teenage spots :wink:
Breakfast, lunch and dinner, normal, and no snacking and cut out any booze.
today is just tooooo emotional man! :oops: 8)
