Menu

Champagne and canapes of course!

Starter – Cream of Cauliflower (organic and Scottish) Soup with bread croutons covered in melted cheese.

Main – Highland Venison with a red wine/redberry sauce, mash and seasonal veg.

Dessert – Cranachan ( Scottish dessert with raspberries, cream, honey, whisky and oatmeal)

Optional last course would involve Port and Cheese … Isle of Arran Chilli cheese, Strathdon Blue and Isle of Mull cheddar might feature.
