I think the North gets its fair share of foreigners, but the South East is much too full as it is in my opinion. A good many people already relocate to where the jobs are anyway, and if that means South, they come South.
But should a massive amount of people really give up on their home towns and move?
The south is already suffering from water shortages due to over population. When people realise they will have to walk back up north each day with jugs on their heads just so they can have a wash they will soon move back.
