I think this is very saddening news, and a very bad idea. I say saddening because it’s most unfortunate we have to take such steps just to ensure our future generations aren’t kidnapped by paedophiles and rapists.It seems to me a bit too much like sweeping the problems under the carpet. “Oh, if we chip our kids it means we don’t have to lock paedophiles and rapists up”
..Why not just simply bring back hanging for rapists & paedophiles? Change the law to state that anyone who kidnaps children is also considered a paedophile.
The law is getting lazy.
