Or….are we as a society giving kids too much information too soon? Therefore making them curious and more likely to experiment sooner?
I mean, yes we have to arm them with the information, but that’s when the innocence goes. Maybe we need to concentrate more on safety than sex.
I know when I was young, I got sex education at school when I was 10 (Anyone remember the ‘Just say No’ campaign?) – and ‘The Talk’ a few days before that from my mum. After that was when I started wondering about things…sex…periods…boys etc :? Barbie and Action Man sharing a bed took on a whole new meaning :shock: :lol:
