Sitting here, about to type a Private Message, and the computer goes off. Assumed the Elec had gone, so i go down to press the Emerg, but it didn’t work.
Gets the phone, (Listen to this) holds the phone IN FRONT OF THE TELLY WHICH WAS ON, so i could get light to see what number i was dialling, rings my mum (Awww) and i ask if she has a spare token.
She starts saying that the elec couldn’t have gone, i swore blind it did, and then i realised that it couldn’t have gone because the tv was on, so question is, who turned off my computer and why?
Sounds like me the other night….I posted cos my tv turned itself off but everything else was fine…….maybe my ghost read your posts that night and as decided it likes you……
31 August, 2005 at 10:34 pm #135535Well, they copy what they see, and if parents are going out, getting drugged up, drunk or constantly cursing and swearing (not necessarily all at once!) then who can they blame when their kids turn out the same way?
For example…. that woman the other month whose 3 teenage girls got pregnant and she blamed lack of sex education in schools…get a grip!! :x
31 August, 2005 at 10:29 pm #28612Graphs…..of course….we believe you…..
31 August, 2005 at 10:28 pm #135533It was the mothers fault…she didnt like it when his dad disciplined him, but she then said that she didn’t believe in doing it either.
Hopefully she has now woken up and realised that kids DO need discipline! I dread to think how hat brat will be as a teenager…..
31 August, 2005 at 10:25 pm #28611No Will…I turned it off after LOST.
Youre watching that female desire prog again, arent you?

God this programme stresses me out lol
I don’t have any kids myself so perhaps Im a bit cynical, however, really don’t understand how people let the situation to get to extremes like demonstrated on this programme. (before anyone fires in with abuse I know these programmes are targetted to show us the negative). What a bunch of little brats though. I’d have got a good hiding when I was little if I’d even thought about behaving like that (not saying thats the answer either!!)
Does anyone else think like this???
Ohhh…I was going to do a post on this – I totally agree!!!!
That little brat was doing my bloody head in – I was literally staring at the screen completely gobsmacked.
He is the same age as my Callum – I was wondering what I would do if Cal done even a quarter of the stuff that little git was getting up to – and I honestly wouldn’t know how to answer that, as thankfully I have never had to put up with it.
I suppose you have to not ruin them in the first place, because its difficult to change once a pattern has been set.And you’re right – the programme is geared to show the negative – but let’s face it – that stuff they did show can’t be choreographed…not with a 5 year old! he didn’t half give his mum a smack on the face, eh?
