Birmingham City FC bosses Karren Brady and David Sullivan arrested

Police investigating alleged football corruption have arrested Birmingham City Football Club MD Karren Brady and co-owner David Sullivan, on suspicion of conspiracy to defraud and false accounting.
A City of London Police spokeswoman said: “A 59-year-old man and a 39-year-old woman were today arrested on suspicion of conspiracy to defraud and false accounting, as part of the City of London Polices ongoing investigation into football corruption.
“They have been released on bail.”
The spokeswoman said they were not identifying the pair.
A further seven people, believed to include Portsmouth boss Harry Redknapp, remain on bail in connection with the inquiry
